Phelan Donates Halloween Treat Bags
VERSAILLES, OH. - Phelan Insurance Agency once more is presenting Halloween treat bags to all children at the Versailles and North Star elementary schools as well as the children at the YMCA. These bags, with their high visibility design, help other pedestrians and cars see the trick-or-treaters. These trick-or-treat bags will also be available at Phelan Insurance Agency. Just stop in their office at 863 E. Main to pick some up.
